This website is inspiring because it gives simple but thorough list of necessary documentation in the areas of law you practice. It feels like how the legal system should be, fighting for the rights of those who are abused by the greedy and power hungry people. I think I will call this week and seek legal help here.

A person who is anticipating going into an extended care facility plans to set up a third party SNT with a daughter as the trustee. They then wish to gift the daughter a sizeable amount of money so that the trustee can put it into the trust for the benefit of the doner. Will this fly? Will this avoid the necessity of paying the State back after the death of the doner?
